House rules

-Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. If check-out is exceeded by more than 30 minutes, we unfortunately have to charge for half a night. If check-out is exceeded by more than 2 hours, we are forced to charge for a full night, as we cannot prepare the apartment on time for the next guest due to a late check-out.

-Any form of smoking (including vaping, e-cigarettes and shisha) or drug use in the apartment is prohibited.

Commercial photography and video recording are prohibited.

Any illegal or immoral acts are prohibited.

-Persons residing in Baja Sardinia must submit a request before booking and explain the reason for the booking.

Parties, events and gatherings of people are prohibited.

-Persons who stay in the apartment for an extended period of time, and in particular sleep there, without being part of the original booking, will be charged €25 per day.

Pets are not allowed. Owners of assistance animals must submit a request before booking.

-In order to comply with the legal requirements of the country of Italy or the local municipality, all guests must, upon request of the host, provide a photo of a valid identification document and the necessary personal details.

Damage must be reported immediately.

Guests may be held liable for damages and excessive soiling.

Any violation of the currently applicable house rules can result in a fine of up to €300.
